This is how Futurama ends. Ignore the four movies and the sixth season. 

It’s like the jaded quote from The Dark Knight - “You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain.” 

Sometimes I’m happy that Arrested Development and Futurama were cancelled after relatively brief runs. I was hoping Community was toast, too, but that might’ve been out of spite.
